The church registers are intended to support the search for places in the federal state or specifically in individual districts in which churches are located. In the church registers, all towns and municipalities are listed in alphabetical order and all churches recorded in the GOV are assigned to the individual municipalities with their names according to their affiliation. In addition, five buttons in columns 4, 8 to 11 can be used to directly display the geographical location of the district on a map (8 and 9) or the corresponding objects in the GOV (4 and 10) and Meyers Gazetteer (11). The coordinates in column 7 can be used to display the geographical location of individual objects in other services such as Google Earth (cut and paste).
